We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Server to join our team at the Sherwood Park Curling Club Lounge. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone passionate about food, reliable under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a casual but fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude.
- Prepare basic drinks and cocktails.
- Provide attentive, high-quality service throughout the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system (TouchBistro experience is a plus).
- Promptly serve food and drinks while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately with basic math proficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist with light food preparation when needed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Confident with opening and closing shifts.
- Availability to work independently and as a team.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems (TouchBistro a bonus).
- Comfortable working in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn the menu and confidently make suggestions to guests.
- Cash handling or cashiering experience is a plus.
- Valid Proserve.
- Reliable Transportation.
