**Food Production/Processing WorkerSummary**

Food Production/Processing Workers are the cornerstone of our operation. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately slicing, dicing, peeling, packing, drying and assembling orders in a timely manner. The products must be correctly contained onto designated bags or carts and other containers in preparation for shipping according to Freshtech Processors’ standards and customer needs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Slicing, dicing, peeling, drying cleaning, packing
- Accurately labeling boxes with customer information
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, and Food Safety programs
- Adhering to all Organizational policies, procedures, and values
- Additional loading, shipping and/or stocking duties
- All other duties as required Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous food process experience preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift safely and repeatedly (up to 40lbs), stack, pull and carry heavy items
- Must be able to work quickly and maintain a high level of energy throughout the shift
- Must be self-motivated and can work without supervision
- Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance
- Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A high school diploma is preferred

**Working Conditions**
- Shifts: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Standard Hours) Could change on Demand SUNDAY TO THURSDAY
- Various incentive programs available after three months.
- Must be available to work on some weekends if required
- Must be able to work in multiple temperature zones including cooler and freezer environments
- Must be able to handle all types of food products including fresh: fruit, vegetables, nuts, eggs, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
