**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize our project management software to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

**Skills**
- Knowledge installing solar systems. Solaredge, AP Systems and Tesla.
- Journeyman electrical ticket preferred.
- Supervise and lead on-site solar installation crews
- Coordinate daily tasks, material deliveries, inspections, and scheduling
- Serve as the point of contact between field teams, office staff, and clients
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot field issues in real-time
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Track project timelines, material usage, and job progress
- Communicate with utility companies and inspectors as needed
- Assist with permitting and interconnection documentation

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
