**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive research on land use, zoning regulations, and community needs to inform planning decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to build cohesive project plans.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Engage with community stakeholders through meetings and workshops to gather input and foster collaboration.
- Stay updated on current trends in urban planning and relevant legislation.

**Qualifications**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent research capabilities to gather relevant information for planning initiatives.
- A degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with diverse groups.
