Boeing’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for **Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor **to join our team in **Ontario**, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. **Responsibilities**:

- Mentors and supports Talent Acquisition Advisors
- Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges and represents plan to leadership.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Experience in a lead role
- Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Post-secondary education
- Experience with Workday
- Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines

**Typical Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
