Boeing’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for **Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor **to join our team in **Ontario**, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. We have a fantastic team with a work-life balance including a combination of telecommuting and working in the office.

In this position, you will be responsible supporting and mentoring Talent Acquisition Advisors. We welcome you to be part of the journey in our mission to secure the Best Team & Talent for our future

**Responsibilities**:

- Mentors and supports Talent Acquisition Advisors
- Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges and represents plan to leadership.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Experience in a lead role
- Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Post-secondary education
- Experience with Workday
- Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines

**Typical Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
