**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the construction of homes and landscaping according to approved plans, specifications, building codes, and change orders.
- Schedule work efficiently to meet standards of quality and timeliness.
- Conduct regular site and quality control inspections.
- Assess, list, and complete service items within warranty guidelines.
- Supervise all subcontractors and build strong working relationships.
- Monitor and maintain a safe work environment by following and enforcing health and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a New Home Construction Site Supervisor (Multifamily and Residential)
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Current knowledge of safety practices, Alberta building codes, and building practices.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience using project management/scheduling software is an asset.
- Experience with grading and landscaping is an asset
- Experience in multi-family is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle (vehicle and fuel allowance provided).

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
