The Surly Mermaid restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced line/prep cook to join our team. This position will start as part-time in the spring and become full-time in the summer.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking menu items in a timely and efficient manner

Following recipes and presentation guidelines

Maintaining a clean and organized work station

**Requirements**:
2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, nights and weekends

We offer a competitive salary, benefits package after three months and a fun and dynamic working environment.
