We are currently hiring full and part time skid steer operators for the winter season. Experience is neccesary.

**Advance Earthworks** is looking for motivated individuals to work the 2025 / 2026 snow removal season. We are a growing company with a lot of opportunities.

- Efficently and effectly clear snow from all types of properties and parking lots
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 2 year doing commercial snow removal
- Clean drivers abstract
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer

Night shift and day shift available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

To ensure you are getting full time hours we provide different options in achieving those hours. *Reduced rates may apply*
- Running a sidewalk crew
- Sanding parking lots and filling rock chip bins
- Other shop duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Snow Removal: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
