**Position**: Seasonal Full-Time **Parts & Service Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information about parts and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service at the Point of Sale.
- Assist Service and Parts Advisors in creating and processing work orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to maintain optimal shop flow and timely completion of services.
- Ensure the service counter area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail—experience in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience with RVs is an asset, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals
