**JOB DUTIES**
- Responsible for fire protection through cleaning and certifying ductwork, fans, hoods of commercial kitchen exhaust systems
- Power wash kitchen exhaust hood systems, ductwork, hood filters
- Clean rooftop exhaust fans and grease containment systems
- Install auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems
- Perform inspections, testing of fire suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers
- Conduct alterations, repairs to existing systems
- Complete new and retrofit installations
- Maintain company equipment and service vehicle
- Complete electronic and paper service reports in a timely manner
- Follow all company related policies & procedures
- Drive company vehicle (if requested)
- Other duties as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience in a fire protection related field preferred
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Valid Class G Ontario driver's license with clean abstract required
- Perform after hours and weekend service calls (rotation basis)
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, work in small/tight spaces, work on ladders/ roofs/ heights, kneel/ stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills and worth ethic
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Responsible, detail oriented individual, who has demonstrated past exceptional performance
- Reliable transportation to/ from work
- Some travel may be required
- Employment is contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
