Dispatcher/sales

B&M Canada Appliances is seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Weekend Sales & Dispatch Associate** to manage appliance sales and repair job coordination during weekends. This role involves selling residential appliances, posting online ads, selling appliance repair services, tracking sales and repair jobs, and ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell residential appliances in-store and online (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji)
- Promote and sell appliance repair services to new and existing customers
- Post, manage, and update ads with clear descriptions and photos
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track weekend sales and repair job activity using provided systems or tools
- Coordinate and dispatch weekend appliance deliveries
- Communicate with delivery personnel to confirm logistics and resolve any issues
- Ensure all deliveries and service calls meet customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain organized records of sales and repairs for weekend reporting
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Sales experience (appliance or service-related preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Comfortable using mobile devices and online platforms for ads and tracking
- Basic understanding of appliance functionality and repairs (training provided)
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
