**LABOURER / APPRENTICE NEEDED - OTTAWA, ON**

**About the Job**:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help with **commercial maintenance and renovation projects**. You’ll support our carpenters and site leads with day-to-day tasks like site clean-up, organizing materials, and assisting with installations.

This is a **great opportunity for someone younger or new to the trades** who wants to build knowledge, skills, good work habits, and physical strength while working with a supportive, hardworking crew. There’s **plenty of room for growth and advancement**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assist with site prep and cleanup
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Help carpenters with daily tasks and checklists
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support installation of drywall, flooring, fixtures, etc.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**What You Need**:

- **Car and valid driver’s license** (required)
- Willingness to **work hard and learn**:

- Basic construction experience is a bonus but not required
- Physical stamina (able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Positive attitude and a team player
- We’ll provide basic starter tools if needed._
