Assistant Event and Marketing Coordinator

**Job Summary**
NAI Interactive Ltd. (NAI) is a leading market intelligence and investor relations firm that assists North American companies to expand their presence to the Chinese market. Our goal is to serve as a bridge between global publicly listed companies companies and Chinese investors, helping companies to attract the growing segment of Chinese speaking investors around the world. NAI is well positioned in the technology, life sciences, mining and energy sectors and has successfully assisted hundreds of companies in building long term relationships with Chinese investors.
We are seeking a assistant event and marketing coordinator to assist us better serving our client base for our online and offline investor relations and public relations services.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist in development and execution of marketing plans
- Assist in and execute event planning
- Provide support to project managers
- Produce and edit various marketing materials including PowerPoint presentations, proposals
- Assist in the execution of online and social media marketing initiatives, including Chinese social media.
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on attention to detail strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Production of brochures, marketing materials and infographics.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Event coordination and administrative skills.
- Strong language skills in English and Chinese.
- Must have a bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
- Strong copy writing, spelling and grammar skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment.
- Proven graphic design and video editing skills would be a plus. (Adobe suite products, etc.)
