Transfers food into the hot food cart and prepares fir meal service. Familiar with the daily posed menu and alternatives alternatives choices.
- Ensures delivery of food carts to the unit from the kitchen and return after meals.
- Prepares and plating the food according to the nutrition care plan and the residents' preferences.
- Completes set-up and clearing of tables for all meals
- Washes and stores all dishes appropriately after meals
- Provides set-up services for tray delivery as per nursing orders
- Sets up for nourishment se4rvice
- Ensures that unit is stocked with supplies for next meal.

**Qualifications**

All food service workers (dietary Aids) hired on or after the day this section comes into force shall have successfully completed or are enrolled in a Food Service Worker program at a college established under the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.40 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
