**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of skilled construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, carpentry, flooring, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute projects accurately.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and care.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure all work meets Deco Concepts' quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction, with a focus on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong skills in one or more of the following areas: carpentry, framing, insulation, drywall, or finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, standing, and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- construction: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class D Licence (preferred)
