The team at Creekside Dental Clinic are looking to a **Dental Administrator/Greeter** on a **full-**time** permanent basis.

The Dental Administrator/Greeter role is the backbone of our office, greeting our incoming patients, administer the online system and executing the day-to-day administration of the dental office.

The ideal Administrator/Greeter for our team is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, coordinate/structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

- Work Schedule is **Monday to Friday** and eventually 1 Saturday a month, with one day off through the week

- ** Confident & enthusiastic** Greeter/Administrator, able to welcome our patients and provide excellent service
- Customer service background is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills and personable
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
