Express Scripts Canada administers on behalf of Indigenous Services Canada Claim Adjudication. This role entails adjudicating Non-Insured Health Benefit Dental Claims for Indigenous people in Canada.
The role of a Claims Processor is to register, review, validate, and adjudicate claims on a daily basis ensuring data integrity in the system. Claims Processors are responsible for processing Pay Provider, Pay Client and Client Reimbursement claims for all regions and are responsible for ensuring all pended claims are processed within the standard turn-around time.
This role is instrumental in meeting our Claims Processing Service Levels which contributes to customer satisfaction and minimizes risk of financial penalties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Register, review, validate, and adjudicate claims on a daily basis as per processes documented in the APM in both English and French.
Monitor and handle pended claims to ensure they are settled according to the Service Level Standards.
Prepare and send a Dental Provider Missing Information Return Form based on the requestor’s communication preference (mail or fax) and language preference for claims with missing or illegible data.
Consistently meet the minimum accuracy standards of 98%.
Consistently meet the productivity standards for assigned quotas within the established Service Delivery Standards.
**Qualifications**:
1+ years’ experience with data entry with proven records of excellent accuracy
Experience working in an operational setting an asset
Experience in the group insurance industry an asset
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Strong focus on customer service is required
Quick learner and ability to make decisions with mínimal supervision
Strong analytical skills and ability to work or interpret data independently
Self-motivation, determination and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Description
Express Scripts Canada est chargée du traitement des demandes de règlement au nom de Services aux Autochtones Canada. À ce titre, nous effectuons le traitement des demandes de règlement pour soins dentaires soumises au nom des autochtones dans le cadre du Programme des services de santé non assurés (SSNA).
Le préposé au traitement doit saisir, réviser, valider et traiter les demandes de règlement soumises quotidiennement, tout en s'assurant de l'intégrité des données. Le préposé au traitement s'occupe du traitement des demandes de règlement soumises par les fournisseurs et les clients, ainsi que du remboursement aux clients dans les différentes régions. Il doit également s’assurer que toutes les demandes de règlement mises en attente sont traitées rapidement dans les délais prévus.
Le préposé au traitement contribue à l’atteinte des niveaux de service prévus pour le traitement des demandes de règlement, ce qui assure la satisfaction de la clientèle et permet de diminuer le risque de pénalités financières.
Responsabilités principales
Saisir, réviser, valider et traiter les demandes de règlement soumises quotidiennement en français ou en anglais, conformément au processus de traitement décrit dans le Manuel des procédures administratives.
Surveiller et traiter les demandes de règlement en attente pour s’assurer qu’elles sont réglées conformément aux normes définies relativement aux niveaux de service.
Dans le cas de demandes de règlement dont les renseignements sont manquants ou illisibles, préparer le formulaire relatif aux renseignements manquants à l’intention du fournisseur de soins dentaires et l'envoyer en tenant compte de ses préférences en matière de communications (par la poste ou par télécopieur) et de langue.
Atteindre régulièrement un objectif d'exactitude de 98 %.
Respecter les normes de productivité établies afin d’atteindre les niveaux de service.
Participer à des échanges réguliers sur la qualité et la productivité.
Participer, toutes les deux semaines, aux réunions du Service de traitement des demandes de règlement et aux rencontres mensuelles sur les processus.
Effectuer les rajustements des demandes de règlement demandés par différents services de l’entreprise.
Suivre la formation sur la protection de la vie privée et la conformité.
Compétences recherchées
Posséder un minimum d’une année d'expérience en saisie de données, dont l’exactitude est excellente.
Posséder de l’expérience dans un environnement de traitement de l’information constitue un atout.
Posséder de l'expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance collective constitue un atout.
Posséder d'excellentes habiletés de communication à l'oral comme à l'écrit en anglais et en français.
