**Automotive Sales Representative**

**Kia of St. Catharines **is seeking 3 automotive sales representatives with proven records and experience in the automotive/sales industry.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Professional at Kia of St. Catharines located in St. Catharines, ON. The Sales and Leasing Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, providing vehicle information and demonstrations, and maintaining a deep understanding of all Kia vehicles. The Sales and Leasing Professional will also work with customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Knowledge of Kia vehicles and the automotive industry
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills
- Sound computer skills, digital and social experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and succeed
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
