Sheet Metal Apprentice

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal components and systems in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products using various tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and bend sheet metal using hand tools or machines.
- Install HVAC ductwork, vents, and other sheet metal components.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with carpentry, welding, plumbing, flooring installation, construction painting, caulking, tile laying, and other related skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.

**Salary**: $16.00-$42.59 per hour
