Job Description: As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial and insurance aspects of our business. You will work closely with customers and the sales team to provide financing and insurance options that meet their needs and ensure that all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to offer competitive financing and insurance options to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify customers and secure financing and insurance approvals.
- Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers, including terms, interest rates, and fees.
- Process and finalize all financing and insurance documents in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and customer information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and profitability.
