**Buyers Agents, Realtors and Team Members with**:

- Minimum two years industry experience
- Strong Paragon and Webform skills
- Excellent time management
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Superhuman communication and ability to create deep customer relationships and close well contemplated transactions.
- Deep desire to learn and build a business that creates “raving fans.”

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Create “Raving Fans” who are advocates of your business with your amazing Higher Standard customer service.
- Learning and sharing everything you can about the communities we live & work in
- Nurture relationships with your friends, family, and past clients to generate more opportunities.
- Focus on mastering your skills with our mentoring and coaching program.
