- **Role**:

- The Technology Support Technician will receive all technology requests (via ticketing system, phone or in person)
- Ensure all requests are recorded in ticketing system
- Transfer requests for enhancements, programming or complex troubleshooting to appropriate team
- Manage operational recurring tasks (backup, EDI reports analysis, running reports, etc.)
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on requests-
- **Skills and Expertise**:

- Ability to work under pressure and frequent priority modifications
- Organizational skills
- Motivated to learn-
- **Requirements**:

- Computer Science Degree
- Bilingual (Spoken and Written)*
- Knowledge of the transportation business considered an asset-
