**Responsibilities include**:

- Calling insurance companies for plan breakdowns, submitting preauthorizations, and entering details into treatment plans
- Checking in and out patients and sending preauthorizations
- Entering patient portions into upcoming appointments

**Who You Are**:

- **Experienced** in dental reception (minimum 2 years)
- **Comfortable with dental insurance** processes, coverage limits, and preauthorizations
- **Friendly and skilled communicator** with a patient-focused approach
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional and a team player
- Comfortable with technology and practice management software (**experience with Tracker is a plus**)
