**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely transport parts and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for moving parts within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels or damaged items.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand the parts being transported.
- Experience in moving freight efficiently and safely.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $17.20-$29.74 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Newmarket, ON L3Y 5W2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
