Transdev Canada is the largest multi-modal privately owned transportation company in Canada and we are seeking a call taker for our operations in Manitoba

**Your Role**:

- Responsible for receiving calls, entering orders, and providing information to clients and coworkers
- Provide a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a wide range of service users.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

- This is a full time/ part time/ casual position in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
