As a **Summer Labourer**, you'll play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll get hands-on experience working with metal materials, all while learning about the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Sorting, picking, and processing scrap metals
- Clean and inspect recycling yard by sweeping and raking materials and debris
- Perform other general labourer duties as assigned
- Directing customer traffic during busy periods

**Qualifications**
- Must be a current student or have recently finished school/college
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience will be considered an asset, but is not required

**Additional Information**
- Temporary, full-time position
- May to August
- Flexible hours - including weekends

**What we offer**:

- $17.50/hour

**Health and Safety**:

- Must work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and follow in accordance with AIM Recycling's Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for reporting all accidents, illnesses, or ‘near miss’ incidents to management
