**Title: Sales /Marketing Manager & Outside Sales**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Management**
- Develop and execute short
- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and support a team of outside sales representatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and custom project markets.
- Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and proposal development.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

**Marketing Management**
- Design and implement marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and boost product visibility.
- Manage the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and trade show materials as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategy and product positioning.
- Lead brand development initiatives and ensure message consistency across all marketing platforms.

**Customer & Channel Development**
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Manage CRM tools to track leads, monitor performance, and analyze customer engagement.
- Provide insights to improve customer experience, loyalty, and lifetime value.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or construction.
- Proven success in B2B sales, market development, and strong leader possessing a team orientated approach
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS tools).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate KPIs and adjust strategy for ROI optimization.
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic individual with a proven track record of accountability and results
