SAP Mm and Wm Consultant

We are looking to hire an experienced MM/WM Consultant, to support our growing SAP practice and our existing projects as per following job description.
- SAP WM & MM Consultant is responsible for the implementation and on-going support for MM and WM module and demonstrate in depth knowledge and expertise of SAP configuration and interface scenarios with Sales Force and other non-SAP tools.
- The consultant also shares industry experience for end-to-end material management and warehouse management solution recommendations to a business requirement.
- Understand the existing business process with the stakeholders of the company, come up with recommendation of all possibilities in SAP WM and MM module to achieve business goals, table requirements, prepare effort estimates, identify any developer code change requirements, and project it to upper management.
- Prepares detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Develops conversion and MM/WM functions testing plan. Works with users to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
- Develops and documents SAP functional, business and/or system interface requirements by analyzing Service Requests, Problem Reports and Change Requests and recommending changes to address requests.
- Set the direction for super users of the company for detailed business process blueprinting, gaps in current config and recommend strategy to close those gaps.
- Manages every aspect of project stage activity within MM and WM area ensuring quality and accountability of the project completion.
- Ensures configuration of system integration points between SAP MM, WM, and SD modules.
- In depth knowledge about material management, vendor management, PR/PO and other supply chain functionalities
- Perform full blow functional configuration steps in SPRO and other areas as applicable to map/reengineer current business process of the client.
- Plans and leads performance, stress and other capacity testing scenarios on the SAP landscape and the management of transport requests.
- Ensures documentation and communication elements are maintained and meet the appropriate policy and corporate standards.
- Deliver reach consulting skills to higher management in addressing their pain points, Prepare detailed presentations and procedure documents, and train the teams
- Lead the functional modules, demonstrate industry knowledge and experience. Proven skills on use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point, MS project, MS Visio tools.

**Work Experience**
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting large SAP environment, preferably within manufacturing and/or supply chain industry.
- Minimum 5 project full lifecycle implementations.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and WM module.
- Expertise in MM modules with Requirement Determination, Source of Supply Determination, Vendor Selection, Order Processing, Purchase Order Monitoring, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Payment Processing, among others.
- Expertise in WM module with Warehouse Design, Inventory Tracking, Receiving and Put away Strategy, Pick-and-Pack, Shipping, Reporting, among others.
- Must have deep knowledge and experience working with SAP Console and RF handheld configurations.
- Experience to translating ABAP development requirement including Reports, Transactions, CMOD, User exits, BADI Enhancements, Query, LSMW, etc to developer team.
- Critical thinker and capable to work under pressure situations with tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage workload on various levels and effectively multitask.
- Demonstrated project management skills in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration with internal and external groups to ensure participation of key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills

**Qualifications**
- Must be physically located in Canada and legally allowed to work in Canada
- Bachelors or Master's degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP projects
- SAP Certifications in MM or WM module
- Experience of working in large SAP environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
