**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and serving areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Demonstrate time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
