**Your Mission**:
As one of our Customer Support Representatives, you’ll be the voice that guides our customers through their journey. From answering calls to processing quote requests and handling permits, you’ll ensure they have an amazing experience with us. It is our company goal to double in size over the next 5 years - if you want to remain as a CSR throughout your time here, that’s fine - but ideally, you want to land somewhere where you can take on additional roles, responsibilities and learn new things.

**What You Bring**:

- A growth mindset: you believe that everything can and should be improved. You are not afraid to jump headfirst into artificial-intelligence tools and view them as augmenters, not as something that will replace you
- A knack for organization and a very strong attention to detail. Mistakes drive you nuts.
- Knowledge of how to work in a CRM and an appreciation for keeping it squeaky clean
- Stellar communication skills and a friendly vibe
- Patience and a willingness to go the extra mile: you are not in a rush to leave when there is still work to do
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A positive attitude and the drive to make a difference

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
