We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Training Sales Assistant to join our team and help grow our personal training program.

**Job Summary**: As a Personal Training Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting our personal training services both in-person and through outreach efforts. You will engage with current and prospective members, demonstrating the value of our personal training offerings and assisting them in making informed decisions to enhance their fitness journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with members and prospective clients on the gym floor, providing information about personal training programs and answering any questions.
- Schedule consultations and fitness assessments for interested clients with our personal trainers.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage sign-ups for personal training packages.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to foster a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with personal trainers to understand their services and effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
- Participate in promotional events and workshops to increase awareness of personal training offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and outreach strategies.
- Basic knowledge of fitness and personal training concepts is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
