As a Heart of House Associate you’re responsible for consistently and accurately producing our fire-grilled awesomeness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the infectious energy of our team.
- Prepare all food items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures.
- Anticipate and respond to the flow of orders to ensure timely completion of food items within

Montana’s standard for all Guests in the restaurant.
- Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures.
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your area.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Follow Montana’s Q-Crew Look Book guidelines.
- Complete your online learning tests as required.

We’re Looking for These Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Heart of House team member is strongly preferred.

What it Takes - Physical Requirements
- Constant standing/walking for the duration of shift on a hot cooking line.
- Occasional pushing, pulling and light lifting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GLOUCESTER, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
