**How your role will add to the story**
We’re looking for a Cyber Security Intern (IAM) to join our Global Cyber Security team. This team delivers Identity and Access Management services (IAM) to our global Daimler organization that help us to secure our internal and cloud environments. If you have a history of designing, owning and shipping software, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, then we want to talk to you.

**A day in the life**:

- Design & develop IAM services / solutions / enhancements
- Deliver experiences that are user-focused and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Work with the software engineering team in driving innovative approaches to solving complex problems. Participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
- Maintain and promote code standards regarding quality, privacy, accessibility, security, documentation, etc.

**Qualifications**:

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits: *
- Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related field of study.
- Strong analytical and coding skills.
- Experience in any Object-Oriented Programming (preferably Java).
- Excellent communicator, able to engage and effectively respond to diverse stakeholders.
- Language skills: English fluent; German will be a plus.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Hackathons, expressed interest / previous experience in the automotive industry / IAM / cyber security, practical experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc)
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
- Honest and professional, a strong team player
- Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
