**General Accountabilities**:
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the Mine Performance Analyst is required to ensure accurate information is inputted into the production system, along with tracking and coding equipment and workforce specific to the shift. In addition, the incumbent will analyze data to ensure that the mine performance is continuously monitored as it is significant to the role. Lastly, the role is responsible for adhering to all provincial and federal law, KMC policy, internal controls and practices, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and uphold the values of KMC Mining Corporation.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Ensure the accurate and timely set up of equipment hours in the Mine Production System (MPS);
- Capture job codes and operator for each equipment,
- Describe the state and status of equipment that is down for maintenance.
- Ensure shift goal variances are documented, tracked, communicated, and assist in efforts to meet shift goals and targets;
- Capture various metrics; such as, Equipment Utilization, Physical Availability, Cycle Times/Haul Distance, Weather Conditions, Break Times, and other related.
- Ensure sign-in sheets, LEM documents, and timesheets are accurate and provided to the appropriate personnel;
- Update crossover, line up, and communicate with the Maintenance Department regarding downgrading issues;
- Ensure breakdown events are properly communicated to appropriate maintenance personnel,
- Communicate with maintenance leadership where production is impacted and if equipment is on standby,
- Coordinate the maintenance plan by organizing equipment for scheduled outages.
- Ensure the accurate tracking of start-up times for loading units;
- Provide accurate and detailed comments if loading times commences after target times,
- Communicate slow start times with Supervisors and assist in rectifying issues.
- Ensure administration support is provided to the Production Supervisors;
- Measure key performance indicators and generate reports as required,
- Ensure radio communication occurs with operators where required.
- Assist operations leadership with coordination efforts and organization of reports.
- Organize and coordinate taxi for times that operators are sent home outside the regular bus schedule
- Other duties as assigned from time-to-time.

**J**o**b Qualifications**:

- Formal Education _
- High School Diploma required.
- Post-Secondary Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
- Work Experience _
- 3 - 5 years of related experience
- Technical Skills _
- Skillful in the use of computers and software including the Microsoft Suite
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to troubleshoot immediate problems and anticipate future concerns
- Time Management and Prioritizing skills
- The ability to be flexible and responsive to changing demands
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
