**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to help customers make informed choices.
- Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
- Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
- Support team members and contribute to overall sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Must be of **legal age** to work in a vape retail environment.
- Minimum **3 years of retail sales experience** (experience in vape, smoke, or specialty retail an asset).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends (weekend availability required).
- Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
