Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our guests. This position involves various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and ensuring food safety standards are met. **Responsibilities**:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.

Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions.

Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.

Assist in closing tasks by cleaning equipments as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.

Demonstrate effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in food service or related fields is preferred(3 years required)

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; training will be provided as necessary.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.

A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role.
