TechTure Designs Inc. is a startup company recently having formed in the GTA, and now expanding through SW ON offering all home renovation needs to prospective customers, at fair prices. Currently, our specialization is in cabinetry, quickly building a reputation in the Kitchen & Bath arena. Customized, modern, elegant designs are both aimed for and achieved through a combination of the solutions we provide to our customers. In this role as a TechTure Designs cabinet installer or refacer, you will be part of a team transforming customers lives through sheer excitement of renovating their home, and through the delivery of an impeccable end result. As installer, you will be paid a percentage of each project above industry standards. We believe in ensuring the right people are well taken care of, and that opportunities for growth within the role is provided. Quality of work is rewarded As you complete projects a tiered rewards system ensures your extra efforts are rewarded. Progression in this tier is determined by speed of completion, level of detail, and overall satisfaction from each customer. As you refine your craft, we pay you more What you bring to the role? - Experience in the removal and installation of doors, drawers, cabinetry, mouldings, etc. (to match customer specifications on order). - An eye for detail - It's all about the polished look - Dependable - an absolute must - Work in a tidy manner, ensuring service always meets our customers expectations - Follow all safety legislation and COVID protocols while performing your duties. - Presentable, articulate, and a true want for helping customers achieve their dream vision. - Own your own tools and have a reliable work vehicle to get to and from worksites.
