What you will
be doingAs a Bartender/Server, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages while delivering warm, engaging service. With a strong knowledge of our drink offerings and a focus on speed, consistency, and presentation, you’ll help set the tone for the space and keep service flowing smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in both the front-of-house atmosphere, contributing to the elevated standard of hospitality we’re known for.
Your responsibilities
will include:Providing warm, engaging service while crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesAnswering guest questions about menu, specials, wine pairings or drink options and making recommendations when appropriateTaking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them efficiently into the POS systemDelivering food and drinks promptly and with attention to presentation and timingMonitoring guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphereEnsuring responsible alcohol service in line with company standards and licensing regulationsPerforming opening and closing duties, including dining room and bar setup and side workMaintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout serviceCommunicating effectively with the service team to ensure smooth, coordinated serviceUsing sound judgment, professionalism, and quick thinking in a fast-paced, guest-focused settingContributing to a respectful, collaborative team culture and supporting team members as neededCreating memorable experiences by helping guests feel welcome, celebrated, and taken care ofPerforming additional duties as assignedThis is an ideal role for someone who enjoys meaningful guest interaction, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere.
