**Job Scope**:We are looking to hire a Residential Operations Coordinator. You will join a growing and exciting team that is committed to providing the best living experience to our tenants.

**Responsibilities**
- Aids in improving operating policies and procedures that promote best practices and standardization across the Company’s real estate portfolio, and assists in developing and implementing training, tools, and systems that ensures the integration of best practices into the operation of the property portfolio
- Coordinates work activities and acts as the key point of contact with various departments and team members, vendors, consultants, and others as needed to lead project meetings, promote open communication, keep management informed of progress, and follow up as required to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Oversees projects all building level issues and improvements
- Organize and negotiate maintenance contracts.
- Respond to emergencies as needed and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Track all building level project expenses and report on progress - includes ensuring that all timelines are met.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years experience in real estate or construction
- Skilled in Excel and Project Management Software
- Good at communicating problems and solutions.
- Flexibility to work during non-business hours.
