**JOB SUMMARY:
**QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Certificate of Qualification as a Painter and Decorator - Commercial and Residential (404C) required
- Minimum of five (5) years recent commercial experience as a painter
- Experience with dust mitigation or infection control methods
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended period of time
- Experience in working from heights (ladders/scaffolding/lifts)
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize work assignments
- Effective communication and planning skills
- Demonstrated Team Player
- Good attendance record
