100% Remote position, working with an international team on AA or AAA games in an Unreal Studio
**Job Description** RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Work with Endava Games leadership, clients and craft leads to establish and maintain a project’s vision, feature set, scope, staffing plan, schedule and budget.
- Champion the product vision with the team to help maintain and drive energy, enthusiasm and urgency.
- Ensure that Endava Games projects are delivered on time, that milestone goals are set and achieved, and that the team meets the ship date target while also hitting the quality and budget goals.
- Oversee and manage budgets for projects and teams, partnering with Industry leadership and PMO to ensure a healthy P&L.
- With strong verbal and written communication skills, you can talk easily with all departments about all aspects of the project and facilitate communication among all internal disciplines of the team.
- Decisive with day-to-day problem solving, while keeping a clear focus on the overall vision
- Ability to lay out the overall development plan for projects, providing input for the design of features, mechanics and content pipeline and nurturing the project from concept through implementation to ship.
- Manage emerging development issues, attempting to predict and avoid problems, while being prepared to decisively troubleshoot and provide conflict resolution as needed.
- Review and analyse all documents, task lists and interim builds from the team. Create and modify schedules as needed.
- Organize reports for development teams based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for playing and making video games of all genres.
- You have 10+ years of experience working in AAA game development.
- Shipped at least two AAA titles on PC and/or Consoles through the full development cycle from concept to ship
- Outstanding risk management ability aligned with strong mitigation techniques to provide realistic solutions to emerging problems.
- You can demonstrate a deep understanding of game development trends and industry developments, and the ability to adapt to clients’ needs.
- Demonstrable experience leading and motivating external and internal staff while championing a project.
- A leader who is committed to improving their own skillset as well as those of their teammates
- A desire to champion and support a healthy development team
