Pickering, Canada Big Bite Grill Full time

Big Bite Grill in Pickering is URGENTLY looking for part time servers. We are looking for passionate, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team

**SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet all guests upon entry
- Prepare restaurant tables as per sanitation and set up guidelines
- Guide guests through menu items
- Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries for positive guest experience
- Take orders from guests and place into POS
- Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
- Respond quickly and effectively to guest needs including providing bills and processing payment promptly.
- Handle cash and process payments
- Clear dishes and replenish washed serviceware
- Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Basic food, coffee and food portioning when required
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Other duties may be assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach
- Energetic - ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Previous experience in a restaurant
- Previous customer service is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
