**Nature & Scope**
- This role reports to the Director, Business Information Systems
- Developing project plans and milestones
- Creating and maintaining timelines for goals to be met
- Identifying members best suited to complete tasks so they can be requisitioned/assigned
- Tracking and analyzing deliverables against requirements
- Tracking and ensuring budgetary objectives are met & making/suggesting adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with those involved to ensure work continues on scope and within acceptable timelines
- Developing and maintaining documentation through the duration of the project
- Developing and maintaining operational documentation for training/notifying end-users about changes or new development
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged information including but not limited to financials and wages
- Other assignments and duties as required

**To do a great job in this position, your experience should include**:

- Working knowledge of spreadsheet software
- Experience with internal ticketing systems
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Advanced planning skills
- Advanced scheduling and time management skills
- Creative thinking skills
- Experience collaborating across multi-department/multi-level groups (i.e. end-users through Sr. Management)

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years post-secondary in a computer related field
- Advanced analytical and time management skills
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills
- Budgeting and financial knowledge

**AN ASSET**
- Project management/project coordination experience
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience in construction or service/maintenance industry
