We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead planning and execution of projects including funding gate requests.
- Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or the overall integrated plan.
- Source, select and on-board team members in various disciplines.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities and set task/deliverable/performance expectations for resources that are both external client and employees as well as fee for service (FFS) consultants.
- Resolve resourcing and inter-personal conflicts, negotiates changes to resourcing, and ensures knowledge is shared amongst team members so that project objectives and deliverables are met.
- Develop complex project budgets based on multiple funding channels and dependencies.
- Effectively manages large project budgets and ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability including estimates, forecasts, and reconciliation against actuals.
- Proactively identify potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
- Articulates and prioritizes issues and risks at senior management levels and recommends mitigation strategies for decision makers.
- Establishes and participates in steering committee and stakeholder forums. Provides, project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior management levels.
- Uses appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change during all stages of projects - concept, definition, planning, implementation, and close-out.
- Promotes IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality, adherence to standard methodology and the control of the use of IT resources.

**Required Qualifications**:

- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management (including record keeping) policies and practices.
- 10+ Years' experience managing projects across the entire Development Life Cycle using waterfall and agile.
- 5+ years leadership and people management experience.
- 5+ Years' experience monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5+ Years' experience working closely with Business and Technology partners to create end to end project plans including staffing plans, business tasks and deliverables, clear scope definition, and associated assumptions and risks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
