Carpenter

Requirements (please specific in resumé or private message):

- Must have residential carpentry experience (minimum 1 year)
- Must have valid G or G2 driver's license and daily use of own reliable vehicle. Job sites are currently located in North Bay, Corbeil and Bonfield.
- Ready, willing and able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Ready, willing and able to work in a physically demanding, outdoor work environment in all types of weather

Job Duties (please reference these abilities in your resumé or by private message):

- Reading and interpreting blueprints (must have knowledge of building codes and regulations)
- Understanding and following customer requirements
- Responding to change orders
- Following directions carefully, problem solving and working independently with mínimal supervision
- Working successfully as part of a team, including with supervisors, co-workers, apprentices, sub-contractors
- Operating light equipment (Bobcats, forklifts, etc.)
- Operating hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Providing direction and potential training of apprentices and/or coworkers
- Ensure work is performed safely at all time (knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations such as Occupational Health and Safety Act, Working at Heights, etc

Pay dependent on experience. References required.
