**Position Overview**:
As a **Host** at The Boss, you’re the face of the restaurant. You’ll greet guests warmly, manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, and help set the tone for a seamless, elevated dining experience. We're looking for someone friendly, professional, and proactive - someone who knows how to make people feel welcome and taken care of.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive
- Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate seating assignments to ensure smooth flow of service
- Assist with answering phones and providing information about the restaurant
- Take reservations and take-away orders through the phone and in person
- Communicate clearly with servers and management about table status and guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area and washrooms
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule - mixture of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required, set availability can be accommodated as well
