Jutzi Water Technologies is currently seeking a full time Industrial/Commercial Water Treatment Service Technician for the Southwestern Ontario Region.

Through our custom treatments, technologies, and services, we will optimize and monitor our client’s systems for performance, cost, and environmental compliance.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Conduct customer site visits and required service including system water tests, preventative maintenance, and customer relations
- Ensure test equipment is calibrated and maintained
- Generate electronic service reports (web based)
- Troubleshoot and implement continuous improvements with clientele
- Maintain professional working relationships with clients
- Maintain contracts and ensure customer information is up to date
- Maintain customer inventory and place orders with ample notice

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and self-starter; identifies issues and resolves them accordingly
- Mechanically inclined and oriented
- Quick learner; able to pick up on duties quickly and efficiently
- Ability to maintain strong business relationships through exemplary customer service
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Team player with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse workforce
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy product
- Valid G-Class driver’s license - willing to travel to customer locations (vehicle allowance or vehicle provided)
- WHMIS, TDG and Safety training will be provided. Experience and additional training (i.e., First Aid) is an asset
- Security Clearance and record check will be required

**Education & Experience**:

- Relatable work experiences an asset
- Additional post-secondary education and/or trade apprenticeship an asset
