**Requirements**:
- **Physical Stamina & Strength**: Physically capable of performing labour-intensive tasks for extended periods. This includes lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy materials or equipment.
**Manual Dexterity & Coordination**: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform tasks that require precision and skill are important.
**Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and practices is crucial to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
**Teamwork Skills**: Working effectively as part of a team is essential. Be able to collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
**Ability to Follow Instructions**: Able to accurately understand and follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors or team leads.
**Reliability & Punctuality**: Being dependable, showing up on time, and maintaining a strong work ethic are valued traits.
