Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter will need to have extensive knowledge about residential building practices. They would need to be able to read and understand drawings, do material takeoff lists and place material orders. Lead Carpenter will need to be able to efficiently manage there time as well as there helpers time and plan weeks in advance to have products arrive when needed. They will be responsible for completing work that will pass inspection by the building department and be of good, professional workmanship. Experience is required and will be very important in the success of this position.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)
