**Description**

Our Client is seeking a Senior Application Test Analyst to participate in testing needs using ServiceNow technologies.

ServiceNow experience is Mandatory.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of test plans and test cases. (8+ years)
- Experience writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents. (8+ years)
- Experience and understanding of Software QA, Testing and Defect Lifecycle. (8+ years)
- Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks. (6+ years)
- Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications. (6+ years)
- ** ServiceNow Administration certification and experience as an administrator. (6+ years)**

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing. (6+ years)
- Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions. (6+ years)
- Experience testing in both web and mobile environments. (4+ years)
- Experience with Contact centre scenario planning (1+ year)
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Agile Test Management module (1+ year)
- Experience working with Business & Application Maintenance representatives to analyze issues reported by (or in) production. (4+ years)
- Experience with Agile methodology. (2+ years)
- Experience implementing automated testing methods (1+ year)

**Location**
- Edmonton/Remote

**Work Environment**
- 1 year with 1 possible 6-month extension

**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
